Dr. Rashmi Shukla is a certified DMIT Analyst, Career Counselor, and Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in education and mental health. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has received advanced training under leading DMIT experts at the global level.
Her distinctive methodology integrates ancient Indian wisdom with modern scientific and psychometric assessments, offering a truly holistic and practical approach to career discovery and life planning.
Over the years, Dr. Shukla has personally guided 10,000+ students and families, helping them make confident, well-informed career decisions. She has also trained and mentored numerous career counselors across Maharashtra, contributing significantly to the field of scientific career guidance.
